2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Flat Rate: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 to Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 2,999.

• FREE Delivery: We offer FREE nationwide shipping on all orders totaling Rs. 2,999 or above.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Major Urban Cities: (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Peshawar) 5 to 7 Working Days.

• Rest of Pakistan: (Secondary cities, suburban towns, and rural areas) 7 to 10 Working Days.

4. Order Verification & Dispatch

5. Order Tracking & Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS or Email (ahmeduaf701@gmail.com).

• For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact cash amount ready upon courier delivery.

• Couriers do not allow opening parcels before payment as per standard national delivery protocols. If any issue arises after opening, our 7-Day Return Policy protects you completely!
